Terms of Service Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy: You may receive a refund and cancel services if work has not been performed at the time you request a refund. If work has been performed, we will refund a percentage depending on the amount of work (percentage) that has been completed at a rate of $364.99 per hour.

This applies to Sales Funnel Pages. Any cost incurred by The Trades Marketing in order to perform the services to our high standards is non-refundable. This includes work performed which is at an hourly rate of $364.99. This includes hosting expenses and functionality applications.

Social Media service fees are non-refundable if work has begun for the month. Please be certain that you want these services prior to making payment. The Trades Marketing puts in research time for your specific business case and that cannot be estimated. Since advertising spend is paid to the social media/google platform directly using your credit card, only what was spent will be billed. Ad's can be turned off at any time you wish.

AI Texting Agents fees are charged primarily to train and set up the bot. These fees cannot be refunded. However, you may cancel at anytime and eliminate the recurring monthly fee.

Review and Reputation Management fees are non refundable for the set up of the account. Directory listings are not refundable for the first month or the additional months it is used. If you would like to cancel, you will no longer be billed for the additional months thereafter.

Email Marketing services require market research. We will charge you for this part of the service if you decide you do not want to move forward with the distribution of email communication and other identity solutions. It is critical to analyze the suggested services and identify which service solutions you would like to purchase.

Retainer Work Policy: Full retainer is due upon receipt of the invoice. Work will not begin without full payment.
